Events

We have monthly meetings and would love to see you there! They are on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30 am. at Green Lawn Church of Christ at 5701 19th Street.  Room 121.  Please park and enter on the South side of the building.  Look for the SPWT trailer.

Have you taken the beginner class? Already do woodturning and want to learn more advanced skills? Look no further than our intermediate class! This class focuses on vessels and advanced techniques to progress your skill to the next level. Located at the Garden and Arts Center as well, you can see more info here.

Our next Intermediate class will start early 2026.  Monitor the Calendar page for more details.

We have beginners class at the Garden and Arts Center! You will make 5 or more items including a honey dripper, scratch awl, pen, spin top, and more! Beginners classes are a great way to learn new skills and explore the world of woodturning.

Our September-October class is full.  We will offer the beginner's class one more time in 2025 starting on November 6th.  Click here if you are interested!

We have a booth at the Garden and Arts Fall Festival.  Come see us at the Lubbock Garden and Arts Center on September 13th.
